A MELTours voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. To redeem a MELTours voucher please contact us with your voucher number and prefered date via email or phone to book. Please bring voucher on the day to show on arrival.
Our preferred method of sending a voucher is via email but we also will send a voucher via normal mail for Christmas or if requested. .
